How to Place an Order
Our custom watch ordering process is simple and personalized. You can get in touch with our team please email SeikoForge@proton.me

Shipping timeline
If the watch is on-hand shipping will take 3-4 days, and custom-built watches will take 10 days to arrive.

Payment
We offer various secure payment options to suit your preferences. We accept Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp. If you don't have any of these you can also purchase through our eBay or offerup account.

Returns & Refunds
We take pride in the quality of our custom watches. In the unlikely event that the watch arrives broken upon your arrival, we will return your order.
